Rehabbing Distressed Properties for Investors

We take pride in our experience working on distressed properties. We have experience in transforming properties that had been in severe states of disrepair and were detrimental to the communities where they exist and making them into substantial assets and sources of pride for the surrounding area.

We have worked extensively in Greensboro with Code Enforcement, Engineering and Inspections. We have worked on Properties that are Condemned, under Orders to Repair or Orders to Demolish. We can handle necessary permitting and communication with City staff or officials during any project for our customers during the process. We are able to jump into and through the compliance and regulatory hoops that come up.

We ourselves are investors in real estate and complete in-house projects. We seek projects where we can partner with investors on full substantial rehabilitation of distressed properties and maximize the return when the property is either held as rentals, or sold on the open market.

We can provide start to finish project management, labor, management of permits, inspections, sub contractors, suppliers and vendors. We like to work on functionality, design, and aesthetics.

Interiors: Trim and casing, doors and windows. Paint, drywall, cabinetry, carpentry.

Exteriors: Siding, Windows and Doors, Maintenance and Painting, Decks/ Porches, steps and railings, Fencing, Gutters and Downspouts

Inspector punch lists: Brett is a former North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector. He worked as a Home Inspector for almost a decade. We also have many years of experience working with real estate agents and brokers, buyers and sellers. Because of this we are able to better understand items that are revealed during due diligence to make the proper repairs that are needed.

Because we are a NC Licensed Commercial General Contractor we are able to determine the proper repairs and work with our customers to make sure that they are completed and documented properly.
